Day 3 - Coos Bay to Crescent City - 7/23

Mike in Crescent City has room for 30 or so buses to camp on his property just on the edge of town here. He's got a fire ring and he's going to bring in some port-a-potties. He's not asking for anything in return, but I think we should all pitch in a few bucks on the potties and of course, we'll make sure it's spotless in the morning.

I know there's also a group over at the State Park, it's a beautiful place too. Hard to go wrong up here!

There's also a group over at the Curly Redwood Lodge if you're going to be staying in a hotel.

Yes, there and also just south of town at Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park. Those folks usually meet us on the highway instead of coming up for the morning meet up.

Guessing the 2:30-3:00 pm gas/rest stop after Whaleshead Beach is not really in Gold Beach?
